Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Health Sciences Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Rotating internship at Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital in Tulsa. Internal Medicine residency at Southeastern Medical Center in North Miami Beach, Florida, where he also served as Chief Resident at Osteopathic General Hospital.

Affiliated with the Environmental Health Center–Dallas since 1980. Fellow, former board member, and Instructional Course Director of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine. Member of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, Joint Council of Allergy and Immunology, Pan American Allergy Society (former board member), American Osteopathic Association, and Texas Osteopathic Association (former Dallas chapter vice president). Additional memberships include the American Public Health Association, American College of Allergists, and the American College of Allergy and Immunology. Fellow of the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians.

He has published multiple studies on immune function and the health impacts of environmental exposures. Celebrating 50 years in practice.
